Shepherd’s Pie

Cook Time: 30 minutes
Servings: 6

2 lbs 93% Lean ground beef
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 small Onion, chopped
1 Tbs Worchestershire Sauce
1 pkg (16-ounces) Frozen peas
1 can (14-ounces) Beef broth
1 pkg (24-ounces) Refrigerated mashed potatoes
1/2 tsp Paprika

Preheat oven to 375°.

Brown ground beef in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat until it is no longer pink. Drain fat.

Add salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, onion, Worcestershire Sauce, peas and carrots and broth to meat. Mix well.

Spread mixture into a 9 x 13 baking dish. Spread mashed potatoes evenly over beef. Sprinkle paprika on the top.

Bake for abour 30 minutes, until heated thoroughly. Serve in bowls.
